Shipment Method

• Kids cars normally are shipped in FCL (Full Container Load) by customer's shipping agent.
• If customers have no shipping agent in China, our shipping agent can assist in shipping FCL.
• If customers have a shipping agent in China, it is acceptable to ship LCL (Less than Container Load) to their Chinese address.
• For samples, the shipping cost is typically 2-3 times more than the product price. We can arrange this if accepted.

After-Sales Service

• Normally, we offer 1% free normal easy-damaged spare parts in advance for full containers.
• Batteries and motors of kids' cars have a one-year warranty. Low-value consumption goods are not covered under this warranty.
• Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human error.
• If any parts are damaged upon receipt, please send us pictures and videos detailing the problem within 7 days. Once confirmed, we will replace unqualified parts with new ones.
• It is free to send replacements with new containers. If sent separately via express, the shipping fee will be charged by the shipping company.
